Anatomically correct baby girl doll

Anatomically correct baby girl doll. She is 17" long. She has her pacifier and wrist band. She has newborn blue eyes and has a baldy head. She comes dressed in a white cotton dress and a fresh diaper. I love all the little baby wrinkles! I do not see any markings on her as to manufacturer or country of manufacturing.
