I inspect every inch of my items and mention any imperfection I see, no matter how small! This dress is in good vintage condition. I am listing it as "Costume Condition," as it's not the pristine condition I require for my wedding dresses.
For this dress I noted: 1) Dress appears an ivory color due to some yellowing. The color is pretty consistent throughout the dress. I believe the original color was lighter due to the veil. The veil is a soft white. 2) The only mark I see is on the veil. It is about 1". See last picture.
Fabulous vintage regency-era gown in good costume condition. Perfect for Cosplay for Emma, Pride & Prejudice and other regency area dresses.
Size: The dress is unlabeled, but measures about a Medium (10) in US Women's dress sizes.
This lovely dress features:
Empire waist
Chiffon layered over 1 layer of tulle and an inner lining
Metal Zipper (common in the early 70" and prior)
Lace embroidery on bodice, sleeves and hem of skirt with additional small pieces throughout the skirt
Chapel Train
2 pt American Bustle: Note, there is a button for a 3rd center bustle, but the loop is unattached at one end.
Best part of all: (!!!)
Full length cathedral veil. Trimmed with matching embroidered lace. As noted before, the veil is a lighter color than the dress, a soft white.

Returns: I will gladly accept returns postmarked up to 3 days after delivery. I would like to give you time to make sure the dress fits you properly. The dress can be returned unworn and in the same condition, and also packed in the same way. The buyer is responsible for shipping.
